Public Involvement Overview
MTO is committed to an extensive consultation and engagement program that actively engages and involves members of the public, non-government organizations (NGOs), municipalities, Indigenous communities, regulatory agencies, businesses and industry. As such, the Project Team welcomes comments regarding this project.
All comments received, with the exception of personal information, will become part of the public record.
Notifications
Notification of project milestones (Study Commencement, Public Information Centres, Transportation Environmental Study Report filing) will be announced through a notice advertised in Morrisburg Leader and posted on this website. External agencies, Indigenous communities, emergency services and anyone on the study contact list will be notified through direct mail.
